A handsome, flavorful & moist Danish-Style whole grain sourdough. Made with 100% stone ground whole rye and whole wheat with a whole grain wild culture (just flour, water, and naturally occurring microbes). Lots of seeds give the bread a pleasant nuttiness and crunch. The flavor of the locally grown grains really shines in this mildly sour loaf. It is long fermented, plant-based, and 100% whole grain. All organic ingredients. No commercial yeast. These loaves get better 24-48 hours after baking. They freeze well and make exceptional toast smeared with soft cheese, hummus or Nutella!

Ingredients: water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, 100% stone ground whole wheat flour*, sunflower seeds*, wholegrain starter, pumpkin seeds*, chia seeds*, and sea salt. (*organic)
Approximately 500g. Bread is baked in a long pullman loaf pan. 500 grams is 1/3 of a pullman loaf.
This product cannot be shipped, it is for Farmers' Market pick-up only.
