Mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile. 40% whole grain flour (local) and 60% white wheat flour. This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create.
We ship bread no later than Tuesday each week. Sometimes we're ahead of schedule and can ship as early as Saturday. This bread is baked on Friday, then frozen to lock in freshness before shipping. It naturally thaws in transit. We recommend that you toast it before eating it and freeze the rest.
