Great snack!

Made some hummus the other day which paired perfectly with Beck’s rye crackers! A friend was over and enjoyed it with me. I love the wheat crackers, too, but these have a heartier taste with the sesame seeds. Thanks for the shipping option!

quite good crackers . . . but

I've been looking for 100% whole grain crackers and they're hard to find. Though these were $6, which seemed reasonable, the shipping was $11.40. I went ahead, thinking I'd do a bulk order later if I liked them. It turned out to be a tiny package, just 4.5 oz, which I hadn't noticed; normal boxes of crackers are between 6 and 12 oz. They're not in a box or even a resealable bag but a thin cellophane pouch. Not much for $17.40. And I see today that these are out of stock. I hope Beck's gets it operations improved, because THE CRACKERS THEMSELVES ARE PRETTY GREAT!

We’re a very small bakery making everything by hand, and I’m committed to paying my staff a living wage and sourcing organically grown grains from local farmers. These choices mean higher costs, but the flavor and support for our regional food system make it worth it.
I stick with cellophane bags instead of boxes to reduce waste. At home, I usually transfer them to a reusable container (e.g. zip loc). Shipping costs are based on what I’m charged, plus a small fee for packaging and delivery to the post office.
Since I’m out of the office for a couple of days, I removed inventory from the site to avoid shipping delays. I will reload everything on Monday when I return!
I’ll review your comments with my team to see if there are any easy fixes we can implement. In the meantime, I hope this explanation helps clarify our constraints.

No rye flavor. Crackers are great with cheese though. Crackers very hard n crisp. It’s a pass for me.

Hi Cindy - I'm sorry that these crackers didn't hit the spot for you! I'm glad I got to talk with you today and get clarity on what you had expected. It looks like you associate caraway with rye flavor and these crackers have no caraway, but they are 100% whole grain rye!
