Black Rye Shortbread Cookie Mix (shipped to you!)

Our Black Rye Shortbread Cookies are a Farmers' Market favorite — we often sell out! At the request of one of our super fans, we created this home-baking mix so you can enjoy them fresh from your own oven. They spread a bit more than our bakery version, but the flavor is just as rich — and the smell? Absolutely heavenly. Just add 1 stick of butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Yields 9 cookies.

Ingredients: stone milled whole rye flour*, cane sugar*, cocoa powder*, Dick Taylor cacao nibs, sea salt  (*organic)

• 100% Whole Grain

• Humboldt Grown Rye
